Citrix Homepage Segmentation Test
01. PROJECT SUMMARY
In an effort to to improve customer engagement on the corporate site and to help jumpstart potentional new prospects with their buyer journey, a test was run on the homepage to determine if tailored content and imagery to allow customers to self-segment themselves based on their specific needs could potentially assist them in choosing the right products. I worked with web/content stratgegists as well as our UX and development teams to develop an engaging, intuitive, and streamlined homepage experience targeted at new prospects unfamiliar with Citrix and their products and solutions.
